APPLICATION DEADLINE:
Please be aware that you must submit an application(s) within 60 days of the qualifying event. You must apply within 60 days or the request will be denied. Please use the online benefit portal to submit your change request. egiportal.wyo.gov
If you have any difficulty or questions regarding the processing of your online application, please give our office a call
DOCUMENTATION DEADLINE:
You have 30 days from the application deadline to submit the required documentation to support your event. For example, we require a birth certificate to add a newborn; a marriage certificate to add a new spouse.
