ONLINE ORIENTATION - for Employees

An online orientation is available for your employees to use  if your agency/entity human resources office has chosen to utilize.    Be aware this is not intended to replace the function of HR. Any employee who is provided the training link and agency key, is responsible for completing and obtaining the new hire checklist at the end. The checklist must be provided to HR and forwarded to EGI before any benefit enrollment will be honored.  If you have questions regarding the online training, please contact Karyn Williams at 307-777-6714 or email karyn.williams@wyo.gov

HR TRAINING

Benefits Training for Human Resource personnel is available from EGI quarterly.  The training presentation is developed from the contents of the Benefit Specialist Handbook.  Whether you are a new HR employee or you are an existing HR employee and want a refresher, please feel free to email karyn.williams@wyo.gov to sign up for a scheduled training. If your agency has a new HR staff member, please reach out to Karyn for the appropriate material/forms while waiting for the next training session.

Feel free to request an invitation to any of the training, regardless of how long you have been in HR.  Please reach out to Karyn if you want to schedule a separate training for your team who process benefits with your employees.
