Logging Into Neogov
If you are an employee with an active wyo.gov email address connected to the wyo.gov network, you will bypass a login screen utilizing the below link. Please note, if you haven't used Neogov before, you may be prompted to enter your email the first time using this link. The link to access Neogov with single sign-on is below:

If you do not have an active wyo.gov email or try to access the system when you are not connected to the wyo.gov network, a separate portal is available, but please note, this will require that you enter login credentials before being permitted into the system. Employees with an email can use this as their username and reset their password using the “Forget Your Password?” link on the login page. Employees without an active email will need to contact their HRD representative to obtain their specific username and have a password manually reset. Onboard
Neogov’s Onboard is the State of Wyoming’s digital onboarding system, designed to create a seamless and efficient experience for new hires. With Onboard, HR professionals can automate paperwork, track progress, and ensure employees complete required tasks before their first day. Insight/OHC
Insight is the State of Wyoming’s applicant tracking system, streamlining the hiring process for both job seekers and hiring managers. The Online Hiring Center (OHC) is the hiring manager’s portal within Neogov, providing tools to review applications, track candidates, and manage job postings efficiently.
