Public Claims Information
There are procedures, established under Wyoming law, to properly file a claim against the State (Wyoming Governmental Claims Act, W.S. § 1-39-113). Please be sure to review the statutory requirements to ensure proper filing.

All claims must be originally signed and mailed/hand delivered to the Risk Management Section or to the General Services Division Office of the Department of Administration and Information
*Please note the following: A claim against the State shall be deemed to have been presented when an originally signed claim that meets the statutory requirements of W.S. § 1-39-113 is received at either the General Services Division Office or the Risk Management Office of the Department of Administration & Information.
