First Responders

Volunteer First Responders who meet the eligibility requirements, may apply for benefits through the State of Wyoming, Employees' Group Insurance.  Please see the Policy Manual below as well as important information on the Benefit Enrollment Checklist. Verification Forms - Required for Continued Enrollment

Newly eligibility First Responders must submit the New First Responder Benefit Enrollment checklist as a verification form.   After the initial enrollment, First Responders must submit an annual eligibility verification form to continue coverage for the next year by the yearly deadline of November 30th.
