First Responders

Volunteer First Responders who meet the eligibility requirements, may apply for benefits through the State of Wyoming, Employees' Group Insurance.  Please see the Policy Manual below as well as important information on the Benefit Enrollment Checklist. Marketplace Screening Information & Rates - Required for Enrollment

For First responders enrolling for the firs time with EGI, please contact an Enroll Wyoming Marketplace Navigator at 307-509-0508. They will conduct a Marketplace Screening and provide EGI with the screening form, which is required to determine your eligibility for EGI enrollment. Screening is required for initial enrollment, annual renewal/open enrollment as well as future qualifying event changes.

Verification Forms - Required for Continued Enrollment

First Responders must submit a monthly eligibility verification form after their initial enrollment to continue coverage.  The initial verification is include on the New First Responder Benefit Enrollment Checklist
