BALANCED SCORE CARD
The Department of A & I has developed a balanced score card that is used with its' strategic plan as a tool to measure progress, to assist in determining what is important and to provide direction for the future. The balanced score card is shown in conjunction with our strategic plan.
The Director's Office includes the Director, Deputy Director, Office Coordinator, Policy and Planning Coordinator and Safety Officer for the Department. This office also provides the Accounting and Human Resources assistance for the agency.
