Human Services:

Provides classification, payroll, recruitment, testing, compensation, technical assistance, position control and other related functions.  Also ensures that provisions of the civil service Commission and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission are satisfied, and oversees the application of the required Federal Merit System in prescribed state agencies.
